Demokracia, diverzita, rovnosť a inklúzia sú dnes témou v komunitách aj v celej spoločnosti. Polarizácia narastá a naliehavo potrebujeme zručnosti, ktoré budú podporovať dialóg a udržateľné vzťahy.Na zážitkovom seminári sa zameriame na zručnosti a postoje, ako sú súcit, zvedavosť a prítomnosť – sú potrebné na podporu dialógu, facilitáciu vzťahov a budovania komunít. Budeme skúmať dynamiku polarizácie a to, ako súvisí s vonkajšou a vnútornou diverzitou, teda s viditeľnými rozdielmi medzi nami, ako sú rasa či rod, ako aj s menej viditeľnými vnútornými skúsenosťami každého z nás.

Ako polarizácia ovplyvňuje naše telá a naše vzťahy? Aké stavy vedomia, posuny v našom uvedomovaní a vnímaní vytvára, čo je pre nás ťažko pochopiteľné, neprijateľné? Procesová práca nám pomáha pracovať s našimi skúsenosťami – v telesných pocitoch, emóciách a vzťahoch – a ponúka zručnosti na rozvíjanie týchto skúseností a odhaľovanie ich hlbšieho významu. To môže viesť k objaveniu cenných informácií pre nás samých aj pre svet. Potrebujeme vytvárať komunity, kde má každý človek možnosť konať nezávisle a robiť zmysluplné rozhodnutia, kde rozdielnosť funguje ako príležitosť, nie ako hrozba.

We live in a world where issues around democracy, diversity, equity and inclusion are debated in communities and societies as a whole. Polarization is at a rise and we are in urgent need for skills that will promote dialogue and sustainable community relationships.

In this experiential seminar we will focus on skills and metaskills - the attitudes and awareness behind our actions, such as compassion, curiosity, and presence - needed to promote dialogue and facilitate relationships and community building. We will explore the dynamics of polarization and how they connect to outer and inner diversity, meaning the visible differences between us, like race or gender, and the less visible inner experiences each has.

How does polarization affect our bodies, our relationships? What states of consciousness, shifts in our awareness and perception, does polarization create that are difficult for us to understand or contain? Processwork helps us notice and work with our moment-to-moment experiences in body sensations, emotions, and relationships and offers skills to unfold these experiences and reveal their deeper meaning, which may lead to discovering valuable information for ourselves and the world.

We need to create communities where the capacity for each person to act independently and make meaningful choices is possible for all its members, where difference operates as an opportunity, not a danger.

STORNO POPLATKY – ak zrušíte svoju

účasť na seminári najneskôr 4 týždne pred podujatím, storno poplatok neúčtujeme. Po 4 týždňoch do 2 týždňov pred konaním podujatia sa účtuje poplatok 50% z celkovej sumy. Pri stornovaní 2 týždne a menej pred konaním akcie účtujeme celú sumu. Storno poplatok neúčtujeme v prípade, že účastník za seba nájde náhradu. K plneniu stornopoplatkov sa zaväzujete svojím prihlásením sa cez formulár.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your participation in the seminar no later than 4 weeks before the event, we do not charge a cancellation fee. After 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the event, a fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged. If you cancel 2 weeks or less before the event, we charge the full amount. We do not charge a cancellation fee if the participant finds a refund for himself. You undertake to fulfill the cancellation fees by registration.
