Facilitácia v časoch xenofóbie a nenávisti

Xenofóbia, antisemitizmus, rasizmus, homofóbia a ďalšie formy diskriminácie existujú po celom svete a aj na Slovensku. Ovplyvňujú spôsob, akým sa k sebe navzájom správame. Tieto postoje živia nenávisť, hnev, strach z "iných" a vytvárajú medzi nami rozdelenia a polarizáciu.

Čelíme zásadnej dileme: ako môžeme tieto problémy riešiť bez toho, aby sme opakovali cyklus nenávisti? Na tomto seminári budeme skúmať systémové aspekty týchto dynamík, ako aj ich hlbšie korene v nás samotných a v našich medziľudských vzťahoch. Pomocou procesovej práce sa budeme venovať otázkam, ako napríklad: Kto sme "my"? Kto sú "tí druhí"? Ako môžeme rozpoznať a pochopiť svoj strach z odlišnosti – a premeniť ho na zvedavosť voči neznámemu? Ako sa môžeme ďalej rozvíjať a rozšíriť hranice vlastnej identity, aby sme začali vidieť, že ten druhý je tiež súčasťou nás?

Veríme, že so zvedavosťou a ochotou skúmať pôvod týchto diskriminácií ich môžeme transformovať tak v nás samotných, ako aj vo svete okolo, a tým nám umožniť podporovať porozumenie, prepojenie a dialóg .

Facilitating Amid Xenophobia and Hate

Xenophobia, antisemitism, racism, h o m o p h o b i a , a n d o t h e r f o r m s  o f discrimination exist throughout the world and also in our own society. They shape the way we relate to one another. These attitudes fuel hate, anger, fear of "the other," and divisions and polarizations between us.

We face a central dilemma: how can we address these issues without repeating the cycle of hate?

In this seminar, we will explore both the systemic aspects of these dynamics and their deeper roots within ourselves and our interpersonal interactions. Using Process Work, we will address questions such as: Who are "we"? Who are the "others"? How can we recognize and understand our fear of difference—and transform that fear into curiosity about the unknown? How can we go further and expand the boundaries of our own identity, beginning to see that the other is also part of us?

We believe that approaching these issues with curiosity and a willingness to explore their origins can help us transform them within ourselves and in the world around us, enabling us to facilitate understanding, connection, and dialogue.

Boris Sopko

Boris je pôvodným vzdelaním klinický psychológ a psychoterapeut so súkromnou praxou registrovaný na Slovensku. Dlhodobo sa venuje práci s individuálnymi a k o a j k o l e k t í v n y m i t r a u m a m i a transgeneračnými procesmi. Boris je medzinárodným učiteľom a supervízorom procesorientovanej psychológie. Pôsobí hlavne v Španielsku, na Slovensku a na Ukrajine. Posledných 10 rokov žije v Barcelone.

Neus Andreu Monsech

Neus má právnický titul na univerzite v Barcelone a od roku 2018 je diplomatkou procesnej práce. V roku 2010 spoluzaložila NGO - Instituto de Trabajo de Procesos y Democracia Profunda zameranú na tréning v procesorientovanej facilitácii v Španielsku/Katalánsku. Neus je tiež spoluzakladateľkou organizácie Fil a l'agulla, SCCL (v r.2009), ktorá je v súčasnosti líderskou organizáciou pre prácu s restoratívnou spravodlivosťou a facilitáciu procesov nápravy spojených s rodovým násilím v rôznych inštitúciách a komunitách. Neus sa tiež zaoberá spracovaním histórie ako cesty k vytvoreniu udržateľnejšej budúcnosti v rôznych častiach sveta.

Boris a Neus

Takmer od začiatku nášho partnerstva, je jeho súčasťou aj kolegiálna rovina. Vyučovali sme spolu šesť vydaní Jednoročného výcviku v procesorientovanej facilitácii v Barcelone. Tam sme spolu facilitovali sériu otvorených fór, zameraných na spracovanie traumy z občianskej vojny a Francovej diktatúry. Pravidelne spolu učíme procesorientovanú prácu v Barcelone a od r.2022 aj na Ukrajine. Okrem toho sme facilitovali napäté situácie v tímoch a

komunitách v rôznych častiach sveta. V   s ú č a s n o s t i   s m e   s ú č a s ť o u   C F O R lektorského tímu v rámci ročného facilitačného tréningu pre ukrajinské kolegyne a kolegov - Facilitating the future. Máme 2 deti, od ktorých sa veľa učíme ;). Sú pre nás inšpiráciou k návratom k jednoduchosti, hravosti a ľudskosti.

Boris Sopko

Boris is originally trained as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with a private practice registered in Slovakia. For longtime he has been engaged in work with both individual    a n d   c o l l e c t i v e            t r a u m a s   a s   w e l l   a s  transgenerational processes. Boris is an international teacher of process-oriented psychology. He works mainly in Spain, Slovakia, and Ukraine. He has been living in Barcelona for the past 10 years

Neus Andreu Monsech

Neus holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona and has been a process work diplomat since 2018. In 2010, she co-founded the NGO Instituto de Trabajo de Procesos y Democracia

Profunda, focused on training in process- oriented facilitation in Spain/Catalonia. Neus is also a co-founder of Fil a l'agulla, SCCL (founded in 2009), which is currently a leading organization working with restorative justice and facilitating healing processes related to gender- based violence in various institutions and communities. Neus is also involved in working with history as a path toward creating a more sustainable future in different parts of the world.

Boris a Neus

Since nearly the beginning of our partnership, collegiality has been an integral part of it. Together, we have taught six editions of the Annual Training in Process-Oriented Facilitation in Barcelona. There, we co-facilitated a series of open forums focused on processing the trauma of the civil war and Franco's dictatorship. We regularly teach process-oriented work together in Barcelona and, since 2022, also in Ukraine. In addition, we have facilitated tense situations in teams and communities around the world. Currently, we are part of the CFOR teaching team within the annual facilitation training for Ukrainian colleagues — Facilitating the Future. We have two children, from whom we learn a lot ;) They inspire us to return to simplicity, playfulness, and humanity.
